Due to the nature of handcrafting a personalized item for a seasonal event, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unforseen scheduling conflicts
- Cancellation of event
- Failure to pick up mum or receive delivery
In the rare instance that a mum cannot be completed by the deadline due to unforseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be given.
